Senator Ted Cruz is accusing the Department of Justice of targeting pro-life activists while failing to prosecute those who vandalize crisis pregnancy centers.
Since the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision, which overturned Roe v. Wade and sent abortion decisions back to the states, at least 88 crisis pregnancy centers have been vandalized, firebombed, or actually set ablaze
Cruz told Attorney General Merrick Garland –
I have zero doubt that if pro-life supporters were vandalizing and firebombing abortion clinics across the country DOJ would declare it a national emergency.
Senator Cruz says Biden’s DOJ is using double standards by going after five non-violent pro-life protestors accused of blocking access to an abortion clinic. They now face up to 11 years in prison and a $350,000 fine – while no effort is made to catch those who vandalize, firebomb, and burn crisis pregnancy centers.
Not exactly justice.
